TOS FANY (“TOS FANY”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting information accessed or processed through our website, applications, and automation systems, including the TOS FANY Content Distribution Engine (“TOS FANY CDE”).

This Privacy Policy explains how TOS FANY CDE accesses, uses, stores, and protects information when users connect their Google accounts or use Google services such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, and YouTube.

Information We Access

When you authorize TOS FANY CDE through Google OAuth, the system may access information necessary to provide its content-management and publishing functions.

This may include information from Google Sheets used to manage content schedules, titles, publishing instructions, audience information, platform selections and publishing status.

TOS FANY CDE may access specific files stored in Google Drive when those files have been selected or referenced for publishing or content-processing purposes.

The system may also access YouTube account functionality necessary to upload and manage videos on YouTube channels that the authorized user controls.

We may also receive basic Google account information required to authenticate the authorized user.

How We Use Google User Data

Google user data accessed by TOS FANY CDE is used only to provide and operate features requested by the authorized user.

This includes retrieving approved media files, reading content-management information, processing scheduled publishing instructions, uploading authorized content to YouTube, receiving publishing results such as video IDs or URLs, and updating the TOS FANY Content Distribution Engine with publishing status and performance information.

TOS FANY CDE does not use Google user data for advertising or unrelated marketing purposes.

Google API Limited Use

TOS FANY CDE's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google Workspace API data is not sold, rented, or used to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

Google requires applications accessing its APIs to restrict Google user data to disclosed, user-facing functionality.

Sharing of Information

TOS FANY does not sell Google user data.

Information may only be processed by infrastructure and service providers necessary to operate TOS FANY CDE, including hosting, automation and data-processing infrastructure.

Such processing is limited to providing the functionality requested by the authorized user.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law, regulation, court order or other lawful governmental request.

OAuth Credentials and Access Tokens

TOS FANY CDE may securely store OAuth authentication tokens necessary to maintain authorized connections to Google services.

We do not request or store your Google account password.

Users may revoke TOS FANY CDE's access to their Google account through their Google Account security settings.

Once access is revoked, TOS FANY CDE will no longer be able to access Google services through that authorization.

Data Storage and Retention

TOS FANY retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain publishing records, troubleshoot system activity, comply with legal obligations or fulfill legitimate business requirements.

Users may request deletion of personal data associated with TOS FANY CDE by contacting us at the email address provided below.

Where technically and legally possible, requested information will be removed from our systems.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards to protect information processed by TOS FANY CDE.

Access to connected services is restricted to authorized systems and users.

However, no internet-based service or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Content Uploaded Through TOS FANY CDE

Users remain responsible for ensuring that media, text, images, videos and other materials submitted through TOS FANY CDE are authorized for publication and comply with applicable laws and the rules of the destination platform.

TOS FANY CDE only processes content according to instructions provided or approved by the authorized user.

Children's Privacy

TOS FANY CDE is a business content-management and publishing tool and is not intended for use directly by children.

The system may be used by authorized adult users to distribute children's or family-oriented media content, but this does not mean that TOS FANY CDE collects information directly from children.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as TOS FANY CDE develops or as regulatory and platform requirements change.

The latest version will always be published on the TOS FANY website with its effective date.
